You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return.
  • Reason for return.

We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as the return process. Once your return is approved, we will send you the new item(s) at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). If you are returning an item for a refund, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We may request photos to assess the damage. If the damage is verified, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement item.

9. International Returns

For international returns, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes. Please check your local regulations before returning international purchases.
